 Client(s) fills up a prescribed form when they place a work order.

 Initially customers provide samples of specific work (in case of new customers).

Client(s) upload the orders to a designated FTP site. 

Designated supervisor(s) download the order/works from the FTP Server and delegates the job to specific designers.

After the expertise designer produces the work, it undergoes proof-reading at the proof-reading department.

Once proof-reading is done, the work is sent back to the designer.

Once completed, a low resolution PDF is uploaded by the designated supervisor to the web-proof/FTP for customer’s feedback.

If errors are detected, they are immediately rectified, and a high resolution PDF file is created and is transmitted to the customer via FTP server.
